Southern Maine Health Care One Medical Center Drive Biddeford Maine Friday 13th August 2021, Randy Alcide Lehoux, Deputy Private Attorney General, after declining a face mask, was forced to the ground and suffered bodily injury, defamation, was criminally threatened, a false report was made to arrest him {but they accepted counseling for a fee and the surrender of jurisdiction instead} and the lies were accepted through criminal conspiracy with Biddeford Police.
Lehoux’s rights were violated, and a written counter offer from Lehoux was triggered when Lehoux was forced to provide emergency private law court counseling services to SMHC Staff and again later when Lehoux was being trespassed by Biddeford Police, Lehoux was required to once again provide emergency private law court counseling services to two officers at a rate to be determined based upon future cooperation, but after Lehoux was criminally assaulted by SMHC student Supervisor of Security Robert Duncan, who remains a fugitive from true justice and Biddeford Police left Duncan to roam freely, and Lehoux has determined the responding Biddeford Police officers demonstrated compassion but with a degree of legal incompetence that puts human life and property in danger and meets the elements of crime sufficient to establish guilt through a criminal conspiracy had between SMHC Security Staff and the Biddeford Police.
After Security Supervisor Robert Duncan threatened Lehoux not to privately arrest him by touching, Lehoux did in fact touch the shoulder of Duncan when it became necessary to force submission to private arrest for the purpose of common law right-to-inquire based upon articulated probable cause of high treason being committed by SMHC Biddeford, that resulted in the instantaneous assault by Duncan against Lehoux who Duncan was made aware during counseling, by Lehoux, that Lehoux is officially designated with State of Maine as a Deputy Private Attorney General legitimately investigating crime under common law jurisdiction. Let it be known that Duncan had already surrendered subject-matter jurisdiction over his complaint to private court of Lehoux by accepting the terms and conditions, subject to change, of Lehoux’s written contract that was to provide private law court counseling services to hear frivolous complaints like mask wearing by force in support of the science of nonsense.
